- A return must be officially requested through your account within 30 days of the delivery date

Order cancellations
- To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
- We cannot guarantee order cancellations if requested after 24 hours from the original purchase date/time
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned via our return policy
Processing
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon arrival at our warehouse
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued
- If an order is returned without approval it will be denied and no refund will be issued
Waived Fees
- Re-stock and shipping fees are waived on items that meet the Return criteria²
- Returns could be charged a re-stocking fee (or a refund might not be issued) if the item does not follow the Return criteria²
