- Begin a Return Request
- Item must be in the original condition with original packaging, free from any installation marks
- A return must be officially requested through your account within 30 days of the delivery date
- Must adhere to the return criteria below
- If return criteria is not met, return will be rejected
- FREE Return Offer is limited to 1 range hood per account
Order cancellations
- To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
- We cannot guarantee order cancellations if requested after 24 hours from the original purchase date/time
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned via our return policy
Processing
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon arrival at our warehouse
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued
- If an order is returned without approval it will be denied and no refund will be issued
Waived Fees
- Re-stock and shipping fees are waived on items that meet the Return criteria²
- Returns could be charged a re-stocking fee (or a refund might not be issued) if the item does not follow the Return criteria²

- Installed or used products
- Scratch & dent products
- Clearance items
- Items without the original packing materials and parts
- Accessories, Parts, and Custom Orders
- Modified items

Product is not installed and is unused.
Free of installation marks, scratches and/or dents of any kind.
In its original box with all packing materials and installation hardware.
¹LTL Shipments and Large range hoods 42"+ may not qualify for Free Shipping on returns.
