We looked at many brands and settled on the remote blower Victory TwisterMAX for its clear look and quiet operation. This was a DIY installation!

Would have preferred a pitched roof cap, other than that. Nice product, definitely has good volume

Fan works great. Definitely worth the purchase. The reason for 4 stars? Because it had several scratches on each grill. I decided to just install it instead of going through the hassle of returning.

We have had this range hood for the last six months and it has been working great! Easy to remove and clean the filters in the dishwasher. It traps a lot of the grease compared to our old range hood. The lights are nice and bright and the knobs are easy to use and it looks great in our new kitchen.

Great product at great price. Moreover it's a Canadian business. Product is simple and solid - quiet motor with simple electronics. About support - Folks were helpful enough to send me a replacement chimney cover when I showed them that the original one was damaged during transport.

This is a solid, well-built product from a Canadian company with very good service. I had it professionally installed by an appliance service technician. It is an attractive, quality product. It is a bit louder than expected at the higher speeds. and if I were to make suggestions for future revisions, I would like to see dimmable lights, and an installation template. I got this to replace an OTR microwave. If you are doing the same, I suggest you measure to make sure you do not go over the recommended distance above the stove for optimal ventilation. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and I would buy it again.

We replaced a hood that was a head bumper and fortunately had to be replaced due to flooding from the apt. above. This is out of head range and relatively quiet. Does a good job of pulling smoke despite being 43” above the cooktop

The metal wall cap - 6" duct, works well. This item does what it was designed to do. I'm a happy customer.

A nice addition to a kitchen renovation.
This is a nice fume hood. Wello built sturdy construction. Stainless parts were protected in shipping with an easily removed film. There was a couple of things that were not 100%. The exhaust duct flaps were tight in the exhaust housing making them stick. I was able to remove them and grind a 1/16" off the flaps. The other was the grounded electrical wire. It was mounted at the front of the range hood and was too short to reach the wall plug.

The other bone of contention wasn't the fume hood, it was the app for tracking the unit and UPS. I received three notifications that the fan was being delivered the NEXT DAY with a time frame for delivery. The first two notices were weeks before an actual delivery date. VERY frustrating.

We bought the Twister 30” to replace our old range hood because it has a nice modern sleek design, it is high quality and is made in Canada! The unit shipped quickly, arrived in good condition and installation was straightforward. Just make sure you install the filters in the correct orientation (slots front to back), the installation manual wasn’t super clear on that detail. Otherwise super happy with our purchase!

Delivered quickly and looks great. It's a lot quieter than the old vent hood I owned and much more powerful. I like the manual knob buttons on this model (as opposed to digital buttons) and the build feels really sturdy and durable!

Doing a full kitchen reno . We doubled up 2 x 42 fans for a work station look and a work area of about 92” . The fans are very quiet , well built . We had a small issue prior to installing and Victory took care if it the same day . Customer service is also very good .

Installed the range hood yesterday.
Missing parts.
The mounting bracket was missing.
The handles for the 3 filters under the range hood were missing.
Installed the 10 inch duct. Was a good choice. Not too loud.
Like the 2 knobs. Simple.
The 6 lights with the dimmer provide a well-lit area to cook.
I cannot find any information on the CFM for each of the 4 settings.
The max is 1200 CFM, but what are the CFM settings for setting 1,2 and 3?

I recently purchased this range hood, and while I’m overall happy with it, there were a few issues during installation. The protective plastic left a stubborn glue residue on the hood, which took some effort to remove. Additionally, it was missing six screws needed to attach the rectangle-to-round adapter, which was frustrating. The instructions could have been clearer, but once installed, the hood itself is great. It looks sleek and seems really powerful, moving a lot of air efficiently. Despite the minor installation hassles, I’m satisfied with the performance and quality of the hood.

Prior to order, I called two times for information and was amazed that a person picked up right away (doesn’t happen in this day and age) and each time the person knew the product and was very helpful. And they spoke english. The hood arrived in a short time and I was kept posted on the delivery. We really like the hood. It has only been installed a few days as we were doing a remodel. It looks great, received without any issues, and was packaged very well. It installed very easy with straight forward instructions. I was expecting it to be noisy, but it isn’t.

Built very solid

I just wanted to say THANK YOU and I LOVE IT. Previously, I had cabinets over the range and a recirculating microwave fan. It was too loud and didn’t actually function. Now your range hood is installed and functions perfectly even at the lowest setting. I can cook with a cast iron skillet venting all of the smoke, fumes, and smell outside. I cannot hear the motor at all- only the sound of moving air. The lights add joy to the experience. The knobs are sturdy and elegant. I’ve attached some before and after photos. Sorry they’re not staged and edited photos.

Bought a Victory range hood because my mom and brother have them and they've worked well for years. The twin turbine design is similar to my previous Sakura so I expect it to perform just as well but I'm a bit hesitant how well it will catch grease given the baffles vs the mesh on the Sakura. At least I can access the cavity easier to clean.

I have to agree with a previous review, the rear screw holes are too tight to get a drill into. I had to mark with a pencil instead but that resulted in multiple holes because the alignment kept shifting. A paper template would really help. Also one big complaint is how difficult the protective film on the baffles is to remove. The adhesive is way too strong. I couldn't peel off more than a couple inches at a time because the plastic would tear. It took me half an hour each to remove. There's still glue residue remaining. Lastly this is meant for under cabinet install yet they provide long screws with drywall anchors and not the screws for mounting under the cabinet which they recommend in the manual. It's not as if under cabinet is optional!

Finally installed this! This is an excellent hood with fantastic performance for a low profile hood. Super clear instructions and easy installation.

Arrived well packaged and protected. Easy install, although I did have to re-frame my joists because they ran in the opposite direction needed for seamless installation. Not as quite as I was expecting, but that could be due to the fact that I had to adapt from the 6-inch discharge down to a 4-inch vent on the roof. I'll fix that in the spring and hopefully it quiets down a little. Some reviews say the lights are a little yellow. Not my experience, they seem bright white. Dimmable feature is a plus. Overall satisfied with the product and company.
