We really love this 30" Q5 hood. It looks great, has nice lighting which matches our 3000k cabinet lighting. The knobs feel sturdy and tactile, plus it performs very well even at low settings keeping it pretty quiet.

Prior to my purchase I was told by a customer service rep that the lighting system would be natural daylight adjustable that is not the case. It is only available in the amber color. I was also told Around the light finish trim could be in a black finish That also is not the case it is chrome/satin nickel
So the $1800 Ventilation system in the middle of my new kitchen does not match lighting or my hardware. This might not be a big deal for a lot of other people, but it is for me, especially when I’m spending that type of money for an exhaust hood. As far as operation is concerned, it works excellent.

The Sunset is amazing! Clean, non obtrusive hood with excellent lighting and fan. Victory's customer service was great as well. Had a bad motor and after a few customer service guided troubleshooting steps, they warrantied the motor and the new one in less than a week!! 100% recommend!

We absolutely love our VICTORY Twister range hood. It is a center piece in our kitchen. 36 Inch 750 CFM Wall Mount, is quiet at the highest fan setting. The mechanical knobs are great, We had looked for a few weeks at range hoods before making the decision to by Victory. Was absolutely the best choice!

We needed to install a hood above our stovetop, but didn't want to disrupt the openness of our kitchen and dining room. Specifically, the vent duct work was going to have to run parallel to the floor joist of the room above the kitchen and be vented to the outside. After much research, we decided this hood was the perfect fit. I have plumbing and electrical experience and did all the work myself. The instructions were very detailed and the installation went well. We are very happy with the look of it and the hoods ability to vent the room. Our stovetop is about 58 inches below the hood and it works quick to remove any smoke on the 2nd speed. Very happy with everything.

We have received the hood fan and all the parts to install it however we are still waiting to get it installed. When you live in a smaller town trades busy and hard to get. Hoping this week perhaps.

This range hood is sleek, powerful and quiet all at the same time. The lighting perfect for everyday cooking and dimmable enough to be used for anytime. The lines of the range hood are sleek and there are no obnoxious buttons on the front as all controls are concealed behind the lights. This is an amazing range hood

The hood is powerful, simple, quiet and well constructed. The installation instructions need work. Minor changes needed in the instructions: 2" x 6" plywood is actually 24" x 6" plywood; also, you need to show the maximum height for the electrical outlet. But the big problem with the instructions is that the 8" duct installation instructions for a wall vent are misleading. The transition circumference edge is flush to the wall not 1 1/4 inches away, so the elbow interferes with the wall. You need to carve out the wall below your 8" hole to accommodate the elbow.

The fan sucks well, and we like that we can put the filters in the dishwasher. The upper duct cover did not match the fan, but victory range hoods sent us a replacement duct cover within a week of our email.

Quality product. Very well made and love the valve mechanism. It is not affected by wind. Recommended to a neighbour who had a flapper style that was always making noise with high winds. He installed this cap and is quite happy with the results as well.

Range hood adjustable lighting is great. The exhaust is excellent. Cleaning stainless is learning curve for me! Love that this product is made in Camada

this thing is the best range hood out there for a home kitchen. i couldn't find anything between $600 and $6000 and finally found this one on a home improvement forum. it's quiet for moving how much air it does, and almost inaudible on the lowest setting (which still moves a pretty solid amount of air). the high setting is certainly audible, but putting my hand under the vent out back feels like a leafblower. i had two cast irons full of beef and could see the tornadoes of smoke being sucked up by this thing. buy this.
