Victory support was very helpful all through the process from making a decision as to which exhaust fan to use and later purchasing a different wall plate cover as we decided to use the same black granite from the countertop to make a backsplash later in the project. I had to build a box to hang my unit from as the joists were running the wrong way to insert it for a flush ceiling mount. Victory support helped me make sure I was using the correct size duct as I was trying to keep it as close to the ceiling as possible. I had no problem with the installation and connections for the fan and lights. The lighting is great for over our cooktop and the the fan looks and works great. I have had several contractors comment they had never seen an exhaust fan like this and they were impressed.

Impressed by the unit . Looks amazing. Only issue was installing there was a bit of confusion with doing the drywall first then the unit had to get inserted. Made it difficult to rough in the wiring in the unit and then hanging it. Either way we made it

I was referred to Victory when our contractor recommended them another supplier completely let us down . Customer Service was very competent, knew their product line AND had the product to us in a couple of days . It took the installers a bit longer than I expected and the tiny pin on the knob came off somehow but an easy fix

Hi there friends!

I decided on the victory range hood once I realized I wanted a powerful fan and a low profile look. I originally was going to get white for the discrete look, however I went with the stainless steel to make a little of a statement. I’m very happy of my decision and think it has been especially a great option for a traditional 8 ft ceiling height - as an interior designer I am obsessed with proportions and I do NOT have the “grand” or “big luxury”house … so I need to cooperate with a smaller size & need something simple & clean, yet design wise “cool looking”!

Additionally, The price point is excellent and fair in comparison to other range hoods and options, and there is nothing else like it;

So! …if you are seeking this look! Then it checks all the boxes; I’m thinking of getting an additional one purely for the look and extra ventilation, and nice lighting ….

…I have now had the item for a few months and everything has been working excellent !!

Amazing product with first class customer support. Did a kitchen remodel and the range hood was the icing on the cake.

We had to search high and low to find the perfect flush mount range hood to maintain our open floor plan and Victory had the perfect solution. It’s whisper quiet and attractive looking. The control panel is very sleek and blends in with any kitchen design. We love that the lights can be dimmed. It is the perfect solution for our home.

Is an excellent product very elegant lotta features insert lights I was not expecting beautiful presentation. I’m glad I chose this product. I definitely recommend it.

My kitchen project has been going well and I now have the unit installed and working.

In my case the roof trusses did not run the direction the hood is normally installed, so I had to build a 6" drop down support to keep the hood in line
with the cook top below. It was more involved than expected but I am happy with the results. Please see the attached pictures.

The Lutron dimmer you supplied impressed me so much, I used one for all the dimmable lights in the kitchen / dining area.

I also appreciate the quality of the product, the packaging, the documentation and the support I received from Victory. Definitely a winning team!
