Good looking hood and is very powerful but also quiet. On reciept the fascia buttons were damaged cosmetically. Victory offered to discount 100 or send me a replacement part or to refund fully. Neither of these were very attractive resolutions but to avoid repacking and returning such a huge item, I opted for the part. It was easy enough to change out but came with no instructions. This is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5

Hood arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Was packed well. Since it was installed, we have been very happy with the quality and performance.

We chose the 900cfm Verona 30 to handle our dual fuel range output. The hood has an 8” vertical vent and needs an 8” exhaust pipe and cap. We installed by it under a cabinet.
This hood is solid, beautifully crafted of high quality materials. The proportions are pleasing and the 10” height looks substantial but not excessive. The light in our kitchen plays nicely on the curved corner surfaces, creating a sense of depth and refinement. The dimmable LED lights are plenty bright on full intensity, and dim down smoothly. The colour temp is just right - crisp enough for working, but not too cool. The controls are subtle,
Nice tactile analog knobs inside the front edge of the hood. No visible buttons or branding. The removable stainless grills are quite solid and look great.
You need to plan for the vertical duct install with 8” pipe. We did an elbow inside the 30Wx20H cabinet with a little sideways offset to get around a stud, and on out through the wall. A bit tricky but doable. Would not be hard in a new build. You need to keep 8” all the way - reducer is highly discouraged. We also purchased the Victory 8” cap, also a solid piece of kit.
The beauty of 2 fans and an 8” pipe is high capacity venting with surprising low noise. You can barely hear it on low, and it’s not bad at all on high, better than we could have hoped for. We like the versatility of the 4-speed control.
We think this locally made hood offers excellent value with great aesthetics, well thought functionality in all aspects….and it’s very quiet!

Works very well and is quiet, also very sturdy construction.

We spent a large amount of time researching hoods for residential use and found that there are very few hoods that actually have the air movement to properly vent out volatiles from cooking. This vent delivers and looks beautiful. Upkeep has been reasonable, the baffles are quite large, so it’s hard to clean, doesn’t fit in dishwasher.

It’s not perfectly ideal, but better than anything else I have seen on the residential market!

We needed a hood insert for our kitchen remodel and I’m so glad we went with Victory! It is so quiet and I love the knobs. Most others we looked at had touch screens, which can be hard to use when cooking. I also love that it is made in Canada. Our contractor easily installed and built a custom surround. Very happy!

Outstanding coverage! Replaced a 400CFM hood with the Twister. Night and Day!

Ordered the 36” TwisterMax and had it installed over my outdoor gas grill. Works great and couldn’t be happier! Plenty of airflow to handle the outside grilling and the lighting really helps while cooking in the evening. Looks great too!

The range hood is a superior product that seems well made and functions better than one I had for 20 years. The Victory hood has stainless baffles, easily removed, to absorb grease and are easier to clean than the mesh types. The light and fan controls are knobs, less likely to go wrong, and are up front so they are easy to reach. The fan settings are quite yet the fan extracts smokes and smells well. The instructions were clear so the range hood and vent to the outside were installed with ease by my carpenters. I am very pleased with the product and happy it was made in Canada and not the Far East.

The range hood looks and works great! I had to figure out the install myself as the directions were not good. Also the hardware was not labeled.

I live in a condo with very sensitive smoke detectors. We were constantly frustrated with it going off when we cooked anything. I chose this unit given the high volume. I could not be happier with it. I can turn it up to half and It clears the air. We have to open a window on high given how much air it moves!! It also is very quite which was a surprise.

This range hood, though mounted much higher than the regular „under cabinet“ ones, works just as well. It’s beautiful and has many settings, the lower settings are super quiet. We’re very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone else.

Haven't used it yet since im still under construction but it looks great and seems pretty quiet... best thing for me is canadian!
