I really like our Range Hood. The Fan is very Powerful and adjustable. I really like the adjustable LED lights. The glass cover immediately broke that covers the dials… so hoping I can get a new one.

Not installed yet but followed instructions to test before install. Great quality!! Very quiet and strong fan!

Following extensive research and searching online and in stores for a flush ceiling mount range hood fan we found Victory fans. Our kitchen renovation is close to finished and it was the perfect answer. We just completed installation and not only does it work efficiently it looks amazing. I had a couple questions prior to purchasing and customer service responded promptly. Exceeded expectation.

We are very pleased with the unit received. Quality of system and materials provided to complete the install were great. We were initially concerned with the large size but once installed, it is appropriate size for our island and cooktop. Glad we found this to service our kitchen needs.

We have a cooktop in a kitchen island and a standard ceiling height. We didn't want a vent hood hanging down in the room. The Victory flush mount hood fit perfectly and is working out great. This is a very well designed and well-built vent hood. We're very impressed with the product and installation manual as well. It's very thorough and detailed with graphics and text that actually make sense and are easy to follow. The best documentation/manual I've seen in a very long time. One of the harder items to procure for my recent reno was an effective, powerful yet stylish FLUSH mounted range hood. Victory not only offered this but were exceptional as a support medium. I have seen many installation guides in my time but this one removed all obstacles. When I did have questions they were there to help. The range hood itself is working perfectly and has no issue doing what is was designed to do. All I can say is you get what you pay for so I am a very contented customer.

So far I'm very happy with my Sunset range hood. It looks and performs beautifully. It is just a few weeks old, so I'm planning an update in a year time but based on my experience so far I wholeheartedly recommend the product and the company.
All interractions with their salespeople were easy, informative and handeled in a timely manner. After hours and on weekends they have a very responsive chatbot option.
