Good hood range, instructions suck. Limited knowledge from staff on instructions/install. Wouldn’t buy if you don’t have an outside wall to vent.

Due to our ventilation needs we went with the rear exhaust vs. top which was perfect. Great hood very quiet, excellent product!

Bought a twister max 48” with the rear 10” vent. Seems well made and fit and finish is nice. Lights dim nicely and fan seems powerful. I like the rotary knobs as they are easy to use and easy to grip. Small little buttons can be annoying. It was time consuming to mount properly and line up but that was expected with the size and the rear vent. Had an issue with the fan making a grinding sound on one side with the unit out of the box. They respond quickly and quickly sent new impellers. I still had the issue and it turned out to be a bracket that covers the wires internally. The screw head was rubbing the impeller as it needed a couple more turns. I bent the bracket outwards a bit too as it does seem like it puts extra pressure along the edge on the wires when tightened. So far very pleased with service and product.
