Le Victory Plane Island est équipé de filtres en acier inoxydable et d'un affichage numérique élégant. Avec des couvercles de cheminée réglables, ce modèle peut s'adapter à n'importe quel plafond standard de 8' à 9'. Stylish and quiet

The fan has worked great for the last nine months. Simple to use with basic controls. I like that it doesn't over complicate things with touchscreens and smart whatever. The design is very clean and doesn't draw attention to itself even when it's hanging right in the middle of our kitchen.
The fan moves a lot of air and the best part is that it does it quietly so you actually use the fan. You can still have a conversation in the kitchen with it running on high. This was definitely the most important thing for us. The old fan and fans in other places we have lived were so loud that we didn't use them as much as we should have because they caused such a loud noise. That's not the case with this one.
They lights are nice and bright, ours has the LED bulbs.

Great quality Canadian product

The hood arrived on time and well packaged. Installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My wife is extremely pleased with the function and quiet operation. Great addition to her kitchen.

Love it

I can’t say enough about the Victory Sunset flush mount range hood. It’s exactly what I was looking for and is a beautiful focal point of my kitchen. I’m impressed with everything from the packaging to the ease of installation. The directions are easy to follow right down to the wiring and the fan is quiet even on high. I highly recommend Victory range hoods they are worth every penny, first time in a long time I feel that I got what I paid for.

Looks great. I get a rattle sound on the lowest setting. For quick but noisy odours gone the full setting is good

Good hood, rough installation

First, this hood should have a better photo that clearly shows how rounded it is at the top. This wouldn't have changed my decision to order it, but it might for someone else.

Second, the installation method was awful; there's no other word for it. The backplate provided was not wide enough to reach even one stud, keyholes do not work for a range that sits flush up under a cabinet (there's no room to slide) and the instructions claimed that we would need only the backplate OR to drill up through the hood. This resulted in my husband holding up a 60 pound hood while I attached the backplate (to solid wood that I had run between the studs) and then for about 20 minutes after that while I figured out how to get it actually secure. There were no actual pilot holes, and I was drilling from above (the underneath is too tight to get a drill in), so I had to just attempt to aim for the drawn-on hole placements so I could screw a nut in underneath. Truly one of the worst installation experiences I've had.

My four star rating is because now that it's hung, it feels like a good quality appliance and does a great job clearing the smoke, vastly better than our old over-the-range microwave.
