Love the fan, it’s beautiful. Plugged in to check operation before installation to find one bulb didn’t work. Removed bulb as per guide to find that it was not plugged in. Had to take apart unit to connect wiring. I then noticed that the connector does not “click” when connected which is probably why it failed. Victory should update connectors that have a locking feature.
It is a well built and excellent product, very happy with its appearance too!

Work great very quiet

I purchased the “Twister 36” for my garden suite kitchen. It has surpassed my expectations: the fan is quiet and most importantly, efficient in ridding the cooking odours.

Hood is beautiful and works really quiet. Really like that there are 2 lights in front and 2 in the rear. Packaging was superb.
Two of the threaded rivets on the rear were loose, so was challenging installing the rear 8" duct adapter and tightening the screw that holds the motor bracket, as the threaded rivets just spun loosly when trying to tighten the screws. This should have been picked up in the QA before shipping the product to us, but we managed to work around that using pliers and screw driver.
Installing the upper chimney to bracket was a little challenging for two reasons. 1. The instructions were not clear on which of the two types of provided screws to use. We used the small screws as we thought those were the ones to use, then found that they were supposed to be used for the knobs of the baffles. 2. The fold in the top lip of the chimney got in the way of the bracket, which made it difficult to bring the chimney lip above the wall bracket and install the 2 screws. Might be better if this was redesigned for ease of installation.

My 36” Twister is beautiful! I like that it’s all metal with no plastic components. That was a real selling point for me. I’ve never had an exhaust fan in my kitchen before so I did my research before buying. I’m really happy that I found Victory Range Hoods!
