Wasn’t expecting such a nice range for the price I paid. Was pleasantly surprised when I mounted it…such a sharp looking addition to our kitchen.
Also it works amazing! I also really appreciate the fact that it is not noisy. A little nice touch is how easy it is to take off the grates to clean and I love the fact that the controls are hidden…I highly recommend!!!!

As a contractor I'm often looking for appliances for customers. We had a gas stove going in and the customer wanted a quality range hood that would actually work to push exhaust out and be built to last, no bells and whistles. We settled on the Victory Twister 30" chimney style hood. It was shipped quickly. Well packed to survive the hell of shipping across country. We installed it easily. Our electrician said he'd never seen a blower motor that big outside of commercial kitchens which was a very good sign. We went with the 8" rear duct to get the increased CFM as well as reduce the duct run to a minimal as possible. We were rewarded with a fan that pulls air out like an absolute beast! It's an excellent performing hood. We had a small issue with a mistapped thread in one of the knobs on the baffle. Sent in a quick email and had it resolved and shipped out immediately. They even shipped an extra just in case. Where it makes sense we will be trying to use Victory products in our builds. Plus its always nice to shop in Canada and have support easily accessible.

Great fan, very happy. Super quiet on lower settings, this was a must. Higher speeds are also quieter than expected....and it looks great.
One issue, with the 8" duct you need to have your power outlet on the right side. If your outlet is on the left side there's no room between wall and vent to run the power cord and cord isn't long enough to reach around the front side the vent pipe. The location of the wall studs left me with only an extra 1/2 inch of space, I could barely get the unit plugged in. A longer cord and/ or an offset plug on 8 inch vent setups would help. Anyway, it's in now and we're very happy.

Excellent powerful Range hood. This is my 2nd buy for same hood. Customer service is amazing.

Very high quality product. Solid build with very sleek design. The fan is very quiet. I would recommend this product. Built the way all products should be. Made to last .

The hood is powerful, simple, quiet and well constructed. The installation instructions need work. Minor changes needed in the instructions: 2" x 6" plywood is actually 24" x 6" plywood; also, you need to show the maximum height for the electrical outlet. But the big problem with the instructions is that the 8" duct installation instructions for a wall vent are misleading. The transition circumference edge is flush to the wall not 1 1/4 inches away, so the elbow interferes with the wall. You need to carve out the wall below your 8" hole to accommodate the elbow.
