Well packaged and build quality seems excellent. We did visit your showroom before purchasing and was happy with the whole sales experience ! I did purchase it with the 8” outlet and your 8” butterfly vent damper wall cap . Tight fit with only having 2”x4” exterior wall and the 8” range hood outlet so close to interior wall but did make it work by cutting back wall cap to within 2” of the butterfly damper to fit in the 8” c vent elbow . Run’s quietly and the four adjustable lights are great but kitchen reno not yet finished so no cooking done yet .

Great product at great price. Moreover it's a Canadian business. Product is simple and solid - quiet motor with simple electronics. About support - Folks were helpful enough to send me a replacement chimney cover when I showed them that the original one was damaged during transport.

I bought the 36" version of this model (Twister-36) in 2016 (Order #100011315). The only visible difference from the current product is the appearence of the baffle filters. The older filters look exactly like those used in the current Elegant model. I am very happy to say I have zero mechanical and electrical issue after using it daily in the past 7.5 years. It is quiet and has no vibration. Cleaning (in dishwasher) is a breeze. The only minor issue I had is actually related to the OLDER filters - the 4 screws holding the C-handles started to rust after dishwashing the filters for a few times. It just cost me a few bucks to buy some true stainless screws to fix the problem. No rust issue with any other parts.

We have used this model several times and it provides excellent ventilation and looks fantastic.

I like the simplicity of the controls, no fancy computer in it, no "smart" app, bluetooth, etc. It works quite well and is pretty quiet up until the highest fan setting.

However, mine had several build quality issues. As soon as I picked it up, a light fell out and that's because it just barely hangs in there. It still occassionally falls out.

Additionally, the whole body is slightly warped, so even though I mounted the back of the thing perfectly level, the front is not. It makes it look slightly off-level when stand back and look at it. This also has the effect of making the telescoping cover piece not quite fit right, as well as one of the vent filter plates.

Lastly, the protective coating plastic that they put over top of the telescoping cover piece and filter plates is absolutely maddening. Whoever decided to put that on apparently has never had to take it off. I spent at least 30 minutes to get it all off, and even then there were plenty of scratches underneath.. so what did the protection even do for me.

Nonetheless, I still recommend this fan for how well it works, and because it is quite beautiful.

Does a fantastic job extracting smoke, smells and grease particles. The four lights really brighten up your work area. Looks great too.

We absolutely love our VICTORY Twister range hood. It is a center piece in our kitchen. 36 Inch 750 CFM Wall Mount, is quiet at the highest fan setting. The mechanical knobs are great, We had looked for a few weeks at range hoods before making the decision to by Victory. Was absolutely the best choice!
