I recently refurbished my kitchen and bought the Q5 model from the Victory Hood Range to replace an old extractor fan that was recirculating air in the kitchen. When shopping for a new hood, I was looking for something efficient, attractive and quiet that wouldn't break the bank. My online research led me to the Victory Hood Range models, and I decided to buy the Q5 model. As soon as I received the box in the post, I could tell that it was high quality. The packaging was impeccable. But be aware: The Q5 model is big. Its depth surprised my kitchen designer, who had never seen this model before and had to redesign the cabinet to ensure the hood would fit. The hood covers almost the entire hob on my stove, which is ideal for air suction. The air intake is also very efficient. You can feel the air being sucked on your bare legs when it is operating. What can I say about the noise level? Even on full blast, I can talk to my wife in the kitchen and listen to music. Very few hoods on the market within this price range can match this. In short, I'm very satisfied. However, I should mention that when I received the hood, I noticed some rust on the filters, so make sure you check yours when it arrives. Victory replaced the filters immediately after receiving the photos. Overall, the Q5 model is an impressive product with beautiful filters, and Victory offers impeccable service.

This range hood is aesthetically pleasing and runs like a charm. Quiet yet efficient. I would recommend and would purchase this product again. If you do your homework this manufacturer has an A1 reputation. Customer service was great as I spoke with them inquiring about information prior to my purchase. I am remodeling my kitchen ... so my Q5 is only partially installed at this time ... but it is operational. It sucks! ... a lot of air :-) ... very efficiently. I am very happy with its operation. Installation went as per the instructions. The lights are bright and focused on the work area. It looks very professional! Victory customer service representatives are also very supportive when asked questions.

We had a change of design for our kitchen remodel after ordering one of the Victory models. They quickly arranged for a return and I reordered the desired model. I had questions which were quickly addressed and delivery was prompt. Great build quality and look.

We really love this 30" Q5 hood. It looks great, has nice lighting which matches our 3000k cabinet lighting. The knobs feel sturdy and tactile, plus it performs very well even at low settings keeping it pretty quiet.

I’ve had this vent hood installed for a while now. I’m still waiting for the cabinetry to arrive to finish it fully. However, the vent works flawlessly. Very heavy duty, well built. This is evident as soon as it comes out of the box. The LED lights are perfect. The fan is very quiet yet very strong.
I had an issue with one of the lights not functioning properly right out of the box.
I contacted the company via email, had a reply within less than an hour, and another email showing the part had been sent out via I delivery service. Great products. Well-built products. Excellent customer service. Order #1007932

The stove hood arrived quickly and in good shape. Our renovations had a delayed start so we haven't yet installed it.

Great hood, easy install, nice and quiet , works perfect. Had a minor issue with a flickering light and they sent me a new one right away. Very happy.
