This model is designed with a 600CFM metal blower that sits on top of the range hood, allowing the motor to be hidden inside the cabinet while the body can stay only 6" tall.

The 30" UC800 is a sleek and stylish addition to any kitchen. It effectively removes odors, and the touch panel is very user-friendly. However, I found that the lighting could be brighter and it would have been better if there were lights at the front as well as the back. The fan operates quietly on lower settings but can get somewhat loud on higher settings, and there is a noticeable popping sound when the fan is switched on or off. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience has been excellent. Compared to other range hoods I've used, the 30" UC800 has provided a much better experience.
