The Victory Luna is well made, and was easy to install. The controls work very well. The LED lights provide excellent luminance. The unit looks great against our brick backsplash.

Good Range, Annoying Stickers

Good range, all 3 filter grills come wrapped in a hard to remove film. If you're good, at least an hour of picking at it. Need to disassemble the grates to removes stickers around the release knobs too.

Exceptional rangehood!

It really is a very good rangehood. It was easy to install, and although it might be considered a little bit noisy at higher CPM levels, it does the job effectively, and the low and middle speeds are reasonable. At 600 CFM I imagine it to be somewhat noisy, especially as the blowers are made of metal (instead of plastic). It is easy to keep clean, and although I was scepticle about the filters ability catch grease, so far it seems to be working well. I thoroughly recommend the rangehood. Oh, and it looks great!

Excellent Canadian Product

My Luna 30 under cabinet range hood arrived promptly, and my handyperson was able to install it without any difficulty. I’ve tested it now with pan frying, and boiling pasta, and so far it’s working brilliantly to draw away the fumes and steam.
I love the lights, which illuminate the surface of my stove quite thoroughly.
The unit feels and appears well made and substantial, and the design is sleek and attractive. I chose the push button model.
I’m very pleased to have been able to support a Canadian manufacturer and I’ll recommend this company. I haven’t had to navigate any complaints, so I can’t speak to customer service beyond the fact that the company did promptly respond to my questions via email and on the phone before I made the purchase.
